ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY
A full refund of premium will only be made when the request for refund is made prior the effective date of the insurance. Administrative fees are excluded.
STEP:
There is no refund of premium for non-participation in Short Term Exchange Programs once the trip has begun and coverage has become effective.
LONG-TERM:
For early termination of long term student exchanges, partial refund of premium is available only if the program is terminated during the first 30 days of the trip. There is a minimum of three (3) months using STEP (Short Term Exchange Program) earned premium. The remainder will be considered provided the trip was not terminated with Emergency Medical Evacuation, Trip Interruption or Trip Cancellation Benefits paid or payable. No refund is available with use of these or other benefits.
